Portsmouth, NH -- March 31, 2008 -- Serensoft LLC announced today that it has signed Springfield College in Springfield, MA as a new client. Serensoft will be leading Springfield through the first phase of a selection process for a new Administrative Software System, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), to run all key administrative areas of the institution.
Springfield College realized the daunting complexity and vast number of options in the higher-education ERP market, and determined the project had the best chance for success if they engaged a neutral third party. Springfield sought a third-party that could help them match their unique needs with potential ERP systems, allow them to not get bogged down in an unnecessarily long process, and help them to prepare for the change management process associated with a new administrative computing system.
