Serensoft Pricing Model

There are three basic elements to our Project Pricing Model:

• It's RESULTS-DRIVEN. When we give you a price, it is tied to specific deliverables.
• Prices are FIXED. It will never deviate from the price that we agree upon regardless of time expended on the project.
• Pricing INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES, including travel for Serensoft staff.

How can we do this? It's a philosophy thing: before undertaking any project, Serensoft conducts a thorough assessment of the institution or office. Input, workflow, desired output, staff skill levels and training — these individual components of an enterprise-wide Administrative System are highly interdependent. We need to discover how all of the components affect each other before offering a proposed solution. We do it this way because:

1. We need to make sure that what we are proposing will positively impact how your institution uses their data. If we have an incomplete picture of the issues, the solution may not be as effective as it could be.
2. When we give you a proposal, it is a fixed-price proposal. For us to do this, we need a fairly detailed understanding of what it is we are in for.

So -- what do we charge for our rigorous assessment process? Nothing. That's right, it's FREE! All the up-front risk lies on our shoulders.

It's quite simple: our clients get a comprehensive picture of what the deliverables are, and a simple, total fixed price of what they will pay for those deliverables, without having to worry about deviations or additional expenses.
